The Temple Theatre is temporarily “dark” and currently offered for sale. Built in 1919 the theatre has operated continuously for 86 years. In June of 2002 the Temple was reborn when we began renovations, restorations, and expansions. We went through the building from a-z and made it state of the art.

We purchased the former “Key Bank” parking lot and the Temple building combining the land, building, and theatre into one ownership to create a complete real estate and business package.

We have shown that “small town does not mean small time.” The people of the Houlton area have supported the Temple Theatre tremendously.

The time has come for local ownership. The theatre is successful and ready to roll film immediately. All it needs is you!
